OOC. If you want to be part of this thread plz PM me first. This is for people that are for Spider, so if your Anti-Spider. YOU SHELL NOT POST. More or less this would be a great way to introduce some alts that are for the Spider if people would like to do so but you might want to ask permission from our leader first just so no toes get stepped on. Tainted ronin are awesome. Just saying.
The Keeper was at the gate waiting for someone to open it and let them in. you would think having an oni by your side and a caravan of zombie would be more then sufficient to tell them that I’m spider but everyone had to wait for someone higher up the food chain hear to give them the all clear.
Till then looks like this party is put on hold.

On the walls above the Keeper, where he could not quite see them, guards were hastily preparing themselves for a battle. Arrows were being knocked, spears set into position, and hand gripped sword hilts tightly. Daigotsu Susaiken, captain of the guard, paced the wall above the gate, and when he felt that the troops were ready, he approached the edge of the wall. The fact the the oni was not currently throwing itself against the walls in an attempt to knock them down was the only thing that made Susaiken hesitate in shooting this man and his creatures down. Leaning his head over the battlement, he glared down at the newcomer, and his owner in particular. "You there!" he shouted. "Identify yourself, now!"

The Keeper tilted his head up to look at the man who asked for his identification and steeping of the wagon, "IT IS I THE BOOK KEEPER, THE MORTAL WHO SAFEGARDS THE TAO OF FU LENG I REQUEST AN AUDENCE WITH THE OBSIDAN CHAMPION OR ANY OF THE OTHER LOADS OF THE SPIDER. SO OPEN THIS GATE AND LET THE CARAVAN IN WE ARE ALL FRENDLY TO THE SPIDER.THER IS MUCH BUSSISANAS TO DISCUSS!"
It had taken a bit longer then The Keeper to get a response but the only explanation that he could think of is that there’s something big going on within the city. “I wonder what’s going on within the Spider.”
OOC. if you want me to add or change something just send me a PM.

Susaiken's expression did not soften at the Keeper's words, but his eyes did widen a bit at his declaration. "We are truly blessed to have such an honored visitor to our city," he said carefully. "You and your caravan are permitted within the city, however, per the orders of the Obsidian Champion, your oni must not pass beyond the gates." The troops hiding behind the battlements tightened their grips on their weapons, in case the visitor decided to object with violence.

Enigorl was pissed that he was not being allowed in to the city, he looked at The Keeper”Are we going to listen to this nameless guard.” The Keeper looked back at Enigorl “There is a lot of things afoot right now. Enigorl I think it might be best if you keep the caravan safe out here. Something is differently wrong with this, last I heard oni where more than welcome in the city and now they’re not. Something douse not smell right.” Enigorl understood the underlining meaning stay on guard and if something starts happening let him know right away. “If that is what you would ask of me I will watch and defend this caravan till you return.”
The Keeper looked back at the walls. “Change of plans looks like the caravan and the oni will wait outside. They are not to be harmed and they will not harm you. Now may we move on with our business?”

The guard captain bowed. "Of course, Keeper-sama," he said. "I apologize for the inconvenience."
Susaiken turned to face into the city. "Open the gate!" he yelled. The doors swung inward to admit the Keeper, but the guards on the walls remained wary, in case the demon decided to take matters into its own hands.

The Keeper looked at the opening gates with a sense of pride…. He was home. Now to find the rulers of this city are to start making some deals. Best go talk to the caption of the guards. It’s time to find out what’s going on within this city. Turning to start walking in the gates and making his way straight to the place of the guard, it’s time to have a little chat. After a bit of searching he found the guards house.
The Keeper turned his head to the Obsidian Halls. “Soon it will be time to see if there’s one whose silver tongue is better than mine”
The Keeper turned back to the guards door and knocked.

((OOC: The city guard's captain was standing on the wall on top of the gate. Are you referring to someone else? Or are we skipping ahead?))

Susaiken descended the stairs into the guardhouse and opened the door at the Keeper's knock. He pulled the door open and faced the man. "Greetings, Keeper-sama," he said with a bow. "Is there something I can do for you?"

“Thanks for meeting me; I was wondering if you might be willing to give me some information? You see to the best of my knowledge oni where allowed in the city, what has been going on to change such a thing?” The Keeper wanted to understand the playing field first before heading to the obsidian halls. “Sorry for my rude manners but what is your name if you don’t mind giving it? Its just I have not seen you before?”

The two of them stood in the doorway, the captain clearly not making an effort to invite the Keeper into the guardhouse. "My name is Susaiken, Keeper-sama," the guard captain said with a bow. "I have only recently been promoted to my position, and as I understand it, you have been gone a long time. I'm not surprised you haven't heard of me." He frowned for a moment as he considered the Keeper's other question. "The order to disallow oni within the city walls was a recent one, as I recall," he said. "I believe it was given as soon as Lord Thrakhath-sama returned from the siege of Shiro Hiruma." Susaiken scratched his chin thoughtfully. "I can only speculate, but I it's been said that Thrakhath-sama has a strong dislike for the Chuda. Perhaps his edict was an attempt to weaken them indirectly?" he shrugged. "It isn't really my place to speak for the Obsidian Champion, although he is unfortunately not within the city walls at the moment." Susaiken leaned against the doorjamb and folded his arms. "Is there something else I can assist you with, Keeper-sama?"

Oh how I hate the political infighting, looks like i will have much work to do within the walls to get the web how it must be. Looks like I’m going to have to try to plan meetings with the other heads of house hear. But first to find who it is that’s running this city in The Obsidian Champions place. "Thanks you for your kindness Susaiken-sama, would you be willing tell me who is in charge of the day to day operations of the city and where this person might be found.” So The Obsidian Champion has a dislike for the Chuda. Looks like after this meeting is done I will have to find and set up a meeting with the Chuda. The Spider can no longer afford to be divided any longer. We must stand united if we are to stay alive, after all the Spider will need to work to together…..

"I believe Thrakhath-sama left a man named Misaki in charge in his absence," Susaiken said. "I'm sure you can find him in the palace at the center of the city, you can't miss it."
