It's early in the morn on the coast of the Emerald Empire and even earlier still for Hida Tsunogawa, the Crab clan's ambassador to the Tortoise, whose seems to never sleep anymore after the Passing of his mother months ago. He and her were close and before she passed, asked one favor of him: Track down her father; a Justicar of the Kitsuki sent to the lands of Tortoise and uncover his whereabouts. So when offered the position to act as liaison between the Crab and Tortoise, he would not deny such an obvious sign from the Fortunes. The most logical spot to check first would be the Palace of the Tortoise and find the last time he checked in with them since he was patrolling their lands...
Hello!?... Is anyone around?!... I am Hida Tsunogawa of Clan Crab, and would have a word with someone as to the whereabouts of a Justicar that has been here for quite some time, Kitsuki Hajime. I am also an emissary from my lands and wish to bear tidings.
ooc- If anyone wants to join me in this rp message me to help me fill out the story of my grandfathers disappearance. Thanks.

A short, tumbled Samurai comes forward, his resplendent robes belied by his coarse and common appearance...
"First, let me welcome you to Kyuden Kasuga, the home and court of the poor Tortoise Clan. We are very happy to have the company of such a great and powerful clan representative in our midst. The Crab are well known and loved among us, and our daily activities with the Yasuki, procuring arms for those on the Wall, keeps us active both night and day.
I am Kasuga Himiwari, one of the least of the Kasuga, though thrust into an office far above his station. As Crab representative, we have procured lodging for you and your embassy upon the Kaiu built Walls not far from here. We also have many rooms of traditional Crab architecture at Otosan Uchi, where we guard against those creatures of the Shadows, in a poor imitation of your efforts to the South.
As to your search for a Kitsuki... I am delighted to help you. I have records and reports from the Kasuga that go back almost eight hundred years. If there is a record of it, we shall find it, my fine friend of the Hida.
Please, make yourself welcome, and on the morrow, we will begin to search the archives!"
And with that, a set of nimble servants stand ready to show you the Crab delegation's lodgings, as if they had been prepared years in advance.
