In my rush to gain levels, I have become quite the fasionista by accumulating 11 elegant kimonos from the Crane tailors. What can I use these fine pieces of artisanship for?

There's no place I know that uses them up; But any Imperial Court generally requires you to have an Elegant Kimono to appear at their courts (Kyuden Otomo, Kyuden Miya, Kyuden Seppun, and Toshi Ranbo all have missions that require an Elegant Kimono).

there is a random movement blocking event that uses them. some with a Provisional Governor with one of the more polite options requires the kimono.
