Welcome to that lands of the Badger. Whether your goal is to pray at Ryoshun's tomb, rassle' a greased up Ichiro, or smash some gaijin face, we have it all!

Thank you Ichiro-san for all the yobanjin I have gloriously smashed in your lands. Without you, I would never have made it to Clan Champion. *Bows his head slightly*

I, too, thank you, Ichiro-san for generously providing me the opportunity to defeat the Yobanjin in your lands early in my career; I was able to clear 80 Raiders from your lands before the snow fell to make the task more difficult. I consider myself fortunate to have been granted such glory. Your family will evermore have a friend in this Samurai.

I have been well-treated by the Badger. It would be an honor to host some of you at Shiro Sano Ken Hayai or Shiro Akodo sometime.

I seem to think that this is the time some Yasuki I have known would start taking bets. I, of course, am above such things. The Badger will obviously win. 'Rasslin' is about leverage, and the Moto is top-heavy, while the Badger is low to the ground...

*downs a quick drink of sake and grins* May I remind you Akodo-san that the Moto are known for being short, with thick, squat bodies? *gestures to himself before rubbing his hands together* Now, what sort of horses do we get for this competition?

That last, my friend, is exactly what I meant. Top-heavy.

Walks in with a bottle of Sake...
Kazehito shouts loudly : Come on "Shunto" show them what us MOTO are made of...

Are not the Badger renown for their wrestling skills? The Moto are great warriors of course but I thought the Badger had it as a defining aspect of their training. That and their scorn of shugenja.

They are, yes. Still, one does not become renowned by just saying that you are. It was more or less offered for demonstration, so I take it up. Win or lose I give my best!

I think that the lands of the Badger clan are dangerously close to what used to be the lands of the infamous Snake clan. Anyway... bring me some more mushrooms, my dear innkeeper!

No, Snake Clan was on the OTHER side of Dragon lands from the Badger. Only the Unicorn have any border with the Badger; the former Snake are accessible from Dragon and Phoenix lands.
But yes, send more mushrooms.
