A proclamation read at Kyuden Gotei:
"Tsuruchi Kourin-sama, Champion of the Mantis Clan, has chosen to step down, at least temporarily, in order to pursue a personal goal.
Tsuruchi Kourin-sama shall remain Tsuruchi Daimyo.
Kitsune Keshi-sama shall remain Kitsune Daimyo.
Yoritomo Akihiko-sama, Yoritomo Daimyo, has ascended, at least temporarily, to the position of Mantis Clan Champion."
